Perhaps any gentle readers could help me out. I am setting up a new blog here
with a view to expanding my 18c Imagination interests if time allows. I can't seem to set up a followers Gadget. It still exists on my other 2 blogs, but I am unable to install it on the new one without joining Google+ . I don't really want to do this as I like to remain relatively anonymous and also keep my current profiles on my other blogs (which are replaced upon joining G+).
I wish they would stuff buggering about with things as I am slow at learning technical stuff as it is. Anyone any ideas please?

Thanks Paul, really useful and it worked!! Toying with the idea of a bespoke Conan blog too!
DeleteIf you go onto DESIGN and go onto LAYOUT click on ADD A GADGET then click on MORE GADGETS {on the left } there's a SIGN IN gadget half way down - think this might work - {don't blame me if it dos'nt !} - not very technical myself !!!! - they keep buggering about with blogger - making it better !? - Hope this works for you - Tony
ReplyDeleteBrilliant and it worked (the same info was in Paul's link above). Many thanks. I do wish they would leave things alone for fogies like me (or us).
DeleteGood luck with the above I can't suggest anything else.I can't wait to follow when I can...
ReplyDeleteHuzzah...it worked. Thanks for suggestions and look forward to seeing your wheelbarrow creaking round my landscape gardens.
DeleteRationalising my own collection. What would be on your family`s wish list for 1/72 to give a good home too? Help avoid youth penury.

Thanks Douglas, a very generous offer. Middle son is well into Romans and Celts etc. Older son expressing an interest AWI and SYW (it's the wigs). Youngest son coats his figures in plasticine, so period unimportant! Shall I message you on one of your blogs with my email? If so reply here ....cheers.
DeleteHave early 18thc galore, project never got started since I met up with Allan of Wittenberg fame. Ancients probably, others Oh yes.
ReplyDeletePM and we`ll sort out details.
